وقّعت مدارس الرضوان اتفاقية تدريب مع إشراق للاستشارات والتطوير ، لتقديم مجموعة دورات تدريبية مهنية متخصصة لموظفي المدرسة. وقد بدأ معلمو القسم الدولي في مدارس الرضوان بالحصول على الدبلوم البريطاني في التدريس ، حيث تتنوع فيه المواد التدريبية وتمتد على مدار 13 شهرا، يتخلله تطبيق عملي تحت إشراف مدربين مؤهلين من Dragonfly Training.

Al Ridwan Schools has proudly signed an agreement with Ishraq Consultation and Development to undertake professional development training for school staff.

Most notably Al Ridwan International teachers have begun to undertake the British Teaching Diploma in which they will undergo numerous modules over 13 months with practical application under the supervision of expert trainers from Dragonfly Training.
